Dr Coralie Wales OAM, Lead Facilitator Community Partnerships, WentWest
Coralie works with the Primary Health Network in Western Sydney, developing infrastructure to systematically build partnerships between the organisation and the community. Before this Coralie worked with NSW Health for a decade across two Local Health Districts in a variety of community-driven projects. Coralie believes that cultural change in healthcare can happen, one person at a time, until a critical mass enjoys the benefits of sharing leadership at all levels of a complex organisation.
