The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) has released the draft Statement on Consumer and Community Involvement in Health and Medical Research. HCNSW will host two online consultations, one for consumers involved in research and one for consumer organisations. This consultation is for consumer organisations.
Even if you have already taken part in the NHMRC’s surveys and roundtables, it is important that we hear your perspective! These consultations will guide HCNSW’s feedback on the draft guidelines and build on our advocacy and policy work on involving consumers and the community in health research.

- What needs to happen to support consumer organisations to be actively involved in research?
