Thank you to all our members who contributed to our consultation on the draft third edition of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. We submitted our feedback on 25 September, emphasising that consumer engagement in the delivery of, and feedback about, services should underpin high-quality care. We will continue working with the Commission on how best to implement the accreditation process.
