On 26 June 2024, HCNSW held a Q&A webinar with the Hon. Ryan Park MP, Minister for Health and HCNSW’s Chief Executive, Dr Anthony Brown. With over 150 webinar registrations, we received an amazing 100+ questions for the Minister from our consumers!

Anthony and the NSW Health Minister touched on many topics throughout the hour including the need for our health system to be responsive to consumers as well as clinicians, the impact of a lack of primary care access on consumers and emergency departments, the importance of the recent Birth Trauma Inquiry, and the immeasurable value of Patient Experience Officers.

The Minister also announced extra funding for HCNSW to implement our strategic plan.
