Take our ageism survey
Health Consumers NSW is partnering with the Older Women’s Network (OWN) and the Association for the Wellbeing of Children in Healthcare (AWCH) to find out more about people’s experience of being treated differently in health care because of their age.
If you think you’ve been treated differently because of your age (no matter what your age) we would like to hear from you. We have set up a short survey, that should take no more than 5 minutes, to tell us about this experience please use the survey.
