We offer engagement training & education programs for health consumer representatives, health staff & researchers

Consumer, community and lived experience

Our online and face-to-face consumer representative training courses provide education, support and networking opportunities for new and experienced health consumers engaged in advocacy and representative roles within health services. There are free introductory courses, advanced courses and bespoke courses.

Health services staff training

We train engagement, administrative, management and clinical staff in health services about best-practice health consumer engagement. We are looking at the fundamentals, benefits and roles of consumer representatives and at enablers, barriers and structures. There are introductory and advanced courses, online and offline.

Our research training – open for consumers/community and researchers – explores consumer and community involvement in health and medical research. Available online and offline, we offer introductory as well as more advanced courses face-to-face and online.
